In the afternoon, drink another glass of natural fresh apple juice. For dinner, eat one plate from warm apple mush (grated apple without the rind) mixed with 2 teaspoons of honey.

During this day, you are not allowed to consume any other food or drink, except for the abovementioned ones. Apples are probably one of the most easily digestible foods ever. If you regularly conduct this cleansing day you will improve your digestion and regulate your bowel movement. Additionally, this method is recommended to all people no matter how healthy, since it provides the needed regeneration and cleanses the digestion, blood, and the entire organism. The apple method is useful for people who experience problems with gout, rheumatism, arthritis, diseases of the liver and kidneys, clogged blood vessels, for cleansing fat in blood and treating eczema. What’s more, this cleansing day will positively influence your nervous system, and what is especially intriguing nowadays, it speeds up the metabolism and the loss of surplus kilograms. Of course, if the method is practiced once per month, it has a preventive and cleansing character, so if you want better results, you need to practice this method, for example, every 7 to 10 days, i.e. when needed. It is important to add that when you consume the apples, you need to chew them well.

Do not allow this method to be the only time you use apples for your wellbeing. All of the mentioned, and many others healthy benefits can be achieved with regular apple consumption which needs to be significantly higher than one apple per day.
