Mint and lime are the two main ingredients of this beverage rich in vitamin C which soothes the stomach and protects from colds.
-100 grams of sugar
-900 ml of water
-130 grams of mint leaves
-100 ml of squeezed lime juice
Mix the sugar and 100 ml of water in a pot and wait for it to boil. Then add only 50 grams of fresh mint leaves. Leave the liquid to cool off and then blend it in a blender for 30 seconds. Afterwards, add the remaining 800 ml of cold water and the lime juice. Serve it with the other remaining 80 grams of fresh mint leaves.
