400 grams of garlic
1 liter of water
400 grams of brown sugar
2 spoons of turmeric
Little peeled ginger root
Pour water together with the sugar and boil it. Add the peeled garlic, cut in quarters, and the grated ginger root (the size of a thumb). Put the turmeric and when the boiling starts, lower the temperature.
Cook until the liquid lowers two times, then put the mixture in a jar and when it completely cools off, keep it in the fridge. Take two spoons in the morning (on an empty stomach) and in the night, two hours after a meal.
